The application “ONF. Certificate” was developed within the framework of the ONF project “Equal Opportunities for Children”.
The certificate of additional education is an opportunity to receive additional education at the expense of the state, not only in municipal and state institutions of additional education, but also in private organizations.
To date, the application can be used to obtain and manage certificates by residents of the following regions that have implemented personalized financing of additional education for children (PFDO):
