[Docomo official app] Introducing an app that allows you to easily check your data usage, charges, and d points! You can also check the amount of communication before the speed drops.
This is Docomo’s official app that allows you to easily check information such as Docomo usage amount, data communication amount, d points, etc.
It can be used to check your daily data traffic as it displays the amount of communication used in the current month and the amount of communication until the speed decreases.
Main features:
○Confirm usage status and contract plan
・Usage amount
・Data communication amount total for 3 days/total for 1 month
・Total data communication amount for the current month’s packet pack
・Remaining data communication amount before speed reduction
*Display includes data communication amount such as speed mode and 1GB additional option.
・d point
・Customer’s contract plan, etc.
*Some displays may differ depending on the customer’s contract status.
○Other functions
・Display frequently asked questions and support service information in case of trouble.
– Convenient login function eliminates the need to enter d account every time
・Supports multiple accounts (up to 20 accounts)
・Display usage amount for up to 12 months including the current month
・Notify you when the available data communication amount for the month is running low.
・Link to data traffic addition option and data traffic confirmation site
・Display charges and communication amount with widget
・Automatic update of charges and data communication amount
*Charges and data communication amount are automatically obtained in the background.
・Passcode lock prevents unauthorized use by third parties
■Compatible models
Docomo smartphones and tablets equipped with Android OS 8.0 to 14.0
*We plan to gradually support Docomo smartphones and tablets that will be released in the future.
*The following devices are not supported.
Excludes Rakuraku Smartphone Series (models released before January 2017), Smartphone for Junior Series, and Business Smartphones.
*It is possible to use the app for Karakuraku smartphone devices released after February 2017.
However, some functions unique to Rakuraku smartphones, such as the voice reading function and Rakuraku Touch function, are not supported.

– Packet communication charges will apply when using the app, so we recommend subscribing to a packet flat-rate service.
・Customers with a corporate contract cannot use the My docomo app. Please use the My docomo site from the URL below.
