Some customers continue to access products through the Minha Oi app. Soon, the features of both apps will be combined to provide a complete experience.
Identify your profile to know which application to use, Oi_e or Minha Oi.

We need your details and a description of the problem to guide you in solving the problem. Send us an email at oi_eapp@oi.net.br and provide your full name, telephone number registered with Oi_e and area code.

Wait for the installation and access the Oi_e application again.
